The CDJA (Canadian Disc Jockey Association) is the longest running nationally chaptered DJ Association in the world. We are here to ensure that the public has access to professional and reliable disc jockey services from trained, insured and highly skilled veteran DJs – and that our customers can count on the highest levels of service, integrity and value available in the marketplace. 

All of our members are required to conduct themselves and their businesses in accordance with our National Constitution, Code of Ethics, Privacy Policy and Mediation Service documents, as well as maintain up to date insurance policies and attend monthly meetings to ensure that they are active and by-law abiding members. 

This ensures that customers can receive the highest highest quality service that meet our exacting business standards within our Association.

I have always enjoyed music and had a keen sense of which music people love to dance to.  When my friends were getting married, I thought it would be a great gift for me to provide music at their stag and doe parties to save money on hiring a DJ.  I would rent equipment and play music for their party and found it to be very enjoyable and a fun way to become part of the party.  As time went on, I did more and more parties for friends and soon people began requesting me to provide music for their party and wanted to pay me…I eventually bought my own equipment and the rest is history.  I have been providing music for more than 15 years now for events like stag and does, weddings, birthday parties, Halloween parties, Christmas parties and corporate parties.   All of my music is digital and computer based – I have the latest music of most genres and will always add to my library as per your request.

As a former IT consultant, I feel it is important to meet with the client to understand their needs for the event.  I am very adaptable to different situations, have music for most genres and provide a customized music set as designed by the client.  Providing advice or stories from previous events, I am able to help shape the event with music in mind and provide flow of the day or evening.
